It is located near Oliva Nova, an area of high-end residential tranquility, with exclusive golf courses designed by Severiano Ballesteros, sports, spa, events and other popular courses.
It has fantastic, wide and clear views. In addition, located at a comfortable distance of 400 meters from a quiet beach, with little crowds and simplicity. The apartment is designed for bedrooms, kitchen/office and living room, thanks to the glass walls and access to the privileged terrace. All finishes, as seen in the images, are new, modern, elegant and of high quality. It has a community pool and doorman. It also has a space in a community garage, ducted air conditioning in all rooms.
Pets are not allowed. The deposit requirement is 250 euros.
