The client must pay the 25% of the total amount in cash or by bank transfer. The rest amount must be paid when the client receives the keys.
THE CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS WILL BE DONE WITHOUT MONETARY PENALTY, AS LONG AS IT IS COMMUNICATED 15 DAYS PRIOR TO ENTRY (IN 2021).
In cancellations that take place from 15 days onwards, BOLO RENT could retain 25% of the value of your reservation as compensation (if no reasons of force majeure are detailed).
If the client cancels the booking, Bolo Rent may withold in concept of indemnization fee these quantities:
25% of the booking amount if the cancellation is made between 15 to 30 days prior to entering the apartment.
50% of the booking amount if the cancellation is made between 8 to 14 days prior to entering the apartment.
100% of the booking amount of the cancellation is made during the 7 days prior to the day that they should enter at the apartment.
There are special conditions for the apartment: AR72B.
From the 15th of June to the 15th of September the inicial cleaning, bed linen (one set), towels (one set), water, electricity and community (use of garden and swimming pool) services are included in the price.
When the clients stay more than 16 nights we include one set of bed linen and towels per bed. If the stay is longer than 21 nights, we provide a double set of sheets and towels.
The electricity and water bills aren't included in the price when the rentals last more than 30 nights, between these dates: 15th of September-15th of June. The client must pay the water and electricity bills at the end of the stay in cash or by bank transfer. We apply a 15% discount to the price in this case (except for the apartments: AR72B, AR71B, PES2 y VM751, TX25, MA914, PI284, VM46B and VM151BD). A 250 euros deposit will be required for over 30 days stays .
Some of the apartments have optional WI-FI (outside summer season). The client may pay a supplement if the stay is less than 15 nights in some of the apartments (if the client needs this service).
The number of persons that may occupy an apartment is limited to the maximum capacity indicated in each one. This number cannot be exced without previous consent from Bolo Rent.
From the 15th of June to the 15th of September, the minimum stay is of two weeks, except for the summer 2020 in which minor stays will be admitted. Request more information by contacting the following email: email@example.com
After and prior to these dates Bolo Rent rent accepts shorter rentals depending on availability.
Delivery of apartment keys
From 1st of June until September 15th, the keys will be given at our office located at the main road from Oliva the Beach (between the Tennis Club of Oliva and the roundabout entrance of Oliva Beach). Opening hours: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
During the rest of the year our office will be located at Alcalde Juan Sancho 15, Oliva town. Tel.: 34 960 913 909 / 34 671 058 245 opening hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
To make the arrival easier we will give a phone number where our clients could contact our employees. Our empoyees may also accompany the client to the apartment. Emergency telephone: 34 661 945 533.
In Christmas and Holy Week reservations a 250 euros deposit will be required.
The prices per season that our website marks may change during holidays and long weekends.
Pets price: 35 € (per full stay). Unclaimed pets will incur a penalty of 50 euros.
Extra beds price is: 100 € per bed
Cradle price is: 30 €
The prices may change without prior advise and awill be considered valid with the only exception of a typographical error.
The rest amount of the payment can be made right before your arrival by bank transfer to the same bank account that we previously provided, or by credit card or cash at the office on the day of delivery of the keys.
Bolo Rent is not responsible for any robbery or any other criminal act that can could occur in the apartments or parking spaces during the rental, nor for any objects left inside of the aparment when the client leaves.
Conditions of use
Bolo Rent reserves the right to modify general conditions at any time which will be immediately applicable upon date of publication to all users of the website.
