Are the electricity and water bills included in the price?
During the period from 06/15 to 09/15 the consumption of electricity and water is included (except in the chalet ref: PES2). Outside this period and for stays longer than 30 nights, energy and water consumption will not be included in the price of the stay and must be deducted from the Deposit of 250 euros that the tourist client delivers before starting the stay.
We apply a 15% reduction to the total price of the stay in this type of stay and the client must pay for their consumption. Consumption is stipulated based on the electricity and water bills delivered by the property. A deposit of 250 euros will be required for stays of more than 30 days. This discount will not apply to the following apartments: AR72B, AR71B, PES2 and VM751, PI284, VM46B SJ11 and VM151BD (where no discounts of any kind apply).

How do I confirm and formalize my reservation?
You may confirm your reservation of the apartment you have chosen by phoning us personally or by contacting us through our e-mail address. To formalize the agreement you will be asked to pay a 30% of the total amount of the rental in cash or credit/debit card (at our office) or through bank transfer.
When and how do i pay the rest of the amount?
The rest of the payment can be made right before your arrival by bank transfer to the same bank account that we previously provided, or by credit card at the office on the day of delivery of the keys.
What is the arrival and departure schedule?
You may enter in the apartment from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must leave before 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Abiding by this schedule is of utmost importance as it allows Bolo Rent to guarantee the best quality cleaning and maintenance of all the apartments. Some adjustment may be permitted in exceptional cases to facilitate the entry or the departure of the apartment.
Where will i be handed the keys?
Your keys may be handed over in any of our two offices:
Main office: street Alcalde Juan Sancho 15, in Oliva town. Main Office
During the summer season: also at the Carretera de Oliva al Mar (the road from Oliva town to Oliva Beach, between the Tennis Club of Oliva and the roundabout entry to the beach). Paseo Francico Brines Without number. Beach office

Are bedsheets and towels included?
All our apartments have bedsheets and towels included in the price (see general conditions), making it unnecessary for you to bring your own.
How equipped is the kitchen?
Our kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. During the stay if you need any object we can provide it as long as we have stock in the warehouse.

Do you have baby cribs?
Yes, Bolo Rent has baby cribs available for the use of our guests. Please let us know beforehand. Price : 30 euros per stay.
Do you have cleaning service?
You will find your apartments perfectly clean and prepared upon your arrival (see general conditions).
Cleaning costs are always included, it includes two cleanings.: one before the client enters in the apartment and another one when the client leaves the apartment.
However, if any of our guests wish to hire additional cleaning service Bolo Rent can help you to hire it, but it is not included in the price.
In case of an unexpected event or emergency, do you have client service?
Of course. For any unexpected problem or changes, you may call us all throughout the day at our cellphone number: +34 661 945 533 and Bolo Rent will help you as soon as possible.
May I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed in almost all of our apartments. However, it is best that our guests confirm beforehand. Supplement for pets per stay: 35€.
